What shipping methods are available?

We currently use Australia Post. Alternative options available in certain circumstances.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can ship internationally through DHL. Please contact us for a freight quote.

How might I obtain an estimated date of delivery?

Contact us on sales@gwind.com.au with your order number. The Track Order webpage is also available.

Can I split my order to ship to different locations?

Unfortunately, only one order per location is currently in place. Please place multiple orders to ship to multiple locations.

We currently accept Paypal and Stripe which services Visa and Mastercard.

Can I split my payment?

No. Please place multiple orders to split payments.
